Shipping policy

Orders are shipped once per month unless otherwise stated.

Monthly subscription orders are processed and mailed after the monthly cutoff date. Please allow time for processing and postal transit.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather, or other carrier related issues outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement (supplies doesn't always last).

Once an order has been marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, Imbeccalynnn Snail Mail Club is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or carrier issues.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
